Sent to "Dear Customer" or any other different greetings;

Place the mouse cursor over the message link, which will show you the real address to which you will be directed if you select it. If the destination of the link is different from the one written in the message, or contains a name or country code different from the sender, it may be an indication of fraud;

Do not click on the links. Instead, copy the URL (link address) of the email you received and paste it into your Internet browser or, preferably, type the address into your browser;

The fact that you have received an e-mail from a friend does not mean that it was the same one you sent. Your friend's computer may have been compromised by malware (malicious software), which sends emails to all your contacts. If you receive a suspicious email from a friend or colleague, please confirm by calling their phone number and never the number that is identified in the message.
