Pactual Property is a closed-end real estate fund incorporated in December 2015.
It was the first real estate fund launched in Angola following the launch of asset management regulations by the regulator, the Capital Markets Commission. This fund is the result of a partnership between HCP and Banco Millennium Atlântico. The fund has a mixed investment strategy, but predominantly seeks mature assets with long term leases with high credit rating tenants.
The investment strategy allows the fund to have a cash yield that supports the annual income distribution.
