Relevant professional experience

Before joining ATLANTICO, he was part of Hemera Capital Partners, where he served on the Board of Directors, leading the Investment Banking, Financial Intermediation, and Sustainability and ESG Advisory businesses. In this role, he had direct responsibility for client management and coverage, business origination, and institutional relations, as well as for strategic definition, structuring and execution of financial transactions, interaction with regulators and institutional stakeholders, and strengthening governance, internal control, and risk management models. Previously, he developed an international career as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), focusing on strategy and transformation projects, including operational optimization, organizational design, and governance models, in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Financial, Telecommunications, and Public sectors. Prior to that, he joined BlackRock in London, where he worked in the Risk department, being directly involved in risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation, as well as in supporting governance and internal control. At the beginning of his professional career, he held positions in Risk and Internal Audit at Barclays Global Investors and Lehman Brothers, in London.
