Repayment Terms

  • Capital repaid according to payment notice

  • Monthly interest repayment with daily calculation in previous month

Documents required

  • Letter of credit application

  • Copy of the certificate of commercial registration issued for at least 5 years

  • Copy of the articles of association published in the Official Gazette (Diário da República)

  • Report and accounts for the last 3 years or business plans

  • Copy of the ID document and TIN of the partners, shareholders, representatives and guarantors

  • Monthly invoicing statement for the last 6 months (Mandatory for companies without organized accounting)

  • Clearance Certificate from the Ministry of Finance and Social Security
